Zapti is a not for profit facilities manager that provides its services to organisations in Disability Services, Aged Care and Social Housing across Regional NSW. Zapti has a strong understanding of the experiences, needs and wants that vulnerable people need when it comes to their home.
Our mission is to provide best-in-class specialised facilities management services that enable a quality, safe and person-centred experience for customers.It was identified that there was a need in the community for properties to be safe and fit-for-purpose for vulnerable people to live in.
