The Property Establishment service offered by Zapti is designed to assist service providers in streamlining the process of participant intake and transition into a new home. This service takes the hassle away from service providers by providing a one-stop shop for all their property establishment needs. With this service, service providers can focus on providing person-centered care to their participants, while Zapti takes care of the property establishment process.

Our team has access to a large range of product suppliers, ensuring that only quality, sustainable and value-for-money products are used when completing a property establishment. We understand that every property establishment project is unique, and we work closely with service providers to tailor our service to their specific needs. Our goal is to provide a seamless and stress-free property establishment process for our clients, and we go above and beyond to achieve this.

What does this service include?

  • Our Property Coordinator will visit the home with the customer to assess and understand the establishment requirements.
  • A formal quotation of the selected property establishment tier will be prepared.
  • On quotation approval a furnishings catalog will be issued to the customer to select the required furnishings.
  • Once the furnishing selections have been received our team will purchase the products from our preferred suppliers and establish the home.
  • Zapti will then arrange for property handover including furnishing inventory and any warranties all ready for participant intake.
