What does this service include?

• Our Property Coordinator will visit the home with the customer to assess and understand the establishment requirements.
• A formal quotation of the selected property establishment tier will be prepared.
• On quotation approval a furnishings catalog will be issued to the customer to select the required furnishings.
• Once the furnishing selections have been received our team will purchase the products from our preferred suppliers and establish the home.
• Zapti will then arrange for property handover including furnishing inventory and any warranties all ready for participant intake.

1. On-Site Assessment:

Our dedicated Property Coordinator conducts an on-site walkthrough with your team to assess the specific layout and establishment requirements of the home.

2. Tiered Quote Approval:

We prepare a formal, transparent quotation based on your preferred property establishment tier and structural needs.

3. Furnishing Selection:

Upon quotation approval, we issue a curated furnishings catalog tailored to disability housing standards for final aesthetic and functional selections.

4. Procurement & Staging:

Our team purchases all selected items through our wholesale supplier network, manages delivery logistics, and completely fits out the home.

5. Inventory & Handover:

Zapti executes the final property handover, providing a comprehensive furnishing inventory and all structural warranties, leaving the home 100% ready for participant intake.
