Our operational volume has experienced remarkable growth across all service areas, with the team now successfully actioning over 350 maintenance jobs each month.

Since the launch of our Minor NDIS Home Modification service in July 2023, the response has been exceptionally positive, prompting the team to extend this service throughout Regional, NSW.

Furthermore, Zapti has achieved an impressive 35% increase in operational revenue compared to the previous year. Our strategic path is crystal – clear, we are passionate about what we do and remain committed to being the preferred provider of not-for-profit facility management services in NSW.

A Day in the Life of Zaptis Operational Coordinator.

Our Operational Coordinator at Zapti, Sarah Rapley, is the epitome of efficiency and dedication in her role. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for making a difference, Sarah manages Operations which includes New Business Development, Minor NDIS Home Modifications and Marketing with precision and care. Let’s take a closer look at a typical day in her busy schedule.

Sarah starts her day bright and early, ensuring she has ample time to prepare for the day ahead. Clear communication is key in her role, and she ensures that everyone is kept up to date on the progress of NDIS Modifications.

Sarah gathers with her team to discuss ongoing projects and allocate resources effectively. As the operational coordinator, she plays a crucial role in ensuring that each modification is executed seamlessly, meeting the unique needs of every client.

Throughout the day, Sarah meets with clients to discuss requirements and potential modifications to participants’ homes. She listens attentively to their needs and provides expert advice, guiding them through the process.

Sarah tackles administrative tasks, such as updating client records, completing paperwork, and liaising with external suppliers. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that every aspect of the modification process is handled efficiently and accurately.

As the end of the day approaches, Sarah conducts final checks on upcoming modifications, ensuring that all materials and resources are in place for the next day’s work. She takes pride in her ability to deliver results on time and within budget, exceeding the expectations of her clients and colleagues alike.
