Who is Zapti?

Zapti is a not for profit, specialist facilities manager that provides its services to organisations in Disability Services, Aged Care and Social Housing across Regional NSW.

Our team are dedicated professionals who bring over 50 years of experience in property maintenance combined with community service specific experience and deep local knowledge. Zapti has a strong understanding of the experiences, needs and wants that vulnerable people need when it comes to their home.

Facilities Management

Our highly skilled facilities management team collaborates closely with our customers to ensure they received a cost-effective and reliable service that pritorses safety and quality.

Our services are tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client and cover a wide range of building maintenance services including Fire & Safety, Air Conditioning & Ventilation, Electrical, Security, Pest Control and Yard Care.

General maintenance activities can be delivered as part of a separate or bundled contact.

Repairs & Maintenance

We take pride in offering a maintenance process that is entirely transparent and hassle-free. Our goal is to provide our clients with a seamless and stress-free experience, from the moment they submit their initial maintenance request form to the completion of the requested task and payment.

Our maintenance process starts with the submission of an online request form, which is designed to be user-friendly and easy to complete. Once we receive the request the Maintenance Coordinator completes a review to ensure any urgent requests are prioritised then an assessment is completed against our response matrix.

Throughout the process, our team will provide regular updates on the status of the maintenance request including estimated completion times, any issues that may arise and final costs.

At the completion of the request, we provide our clients with a detailed invoice including any future recommendations. Our payment process is transparent, with no hidden fees or charges. Payment can be made via our many convenient methods.
