Racquel Brown

Racquel Brown previously worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, before changing career paths and entering the Real Estate Industry in 2017. Racquel enjoyed the property management side of real estate and gained experience and knowledge specifically around property maintenance and repairs and facilities management.

In 2019, Racquel joined the Westhaven property team as a maintenance coordinator. This opportunity has given her insight into the struggles that people with disabilities encounter in everyday life and the opportunity to give something back to this community by helping others.

Racquel’s role as Operations Coordinator with Zapti enables her to gain further experience in disability-specific facilities management that will ensure that our property portfolio remains safe and the participants are provided a person-centred experience to repairs & maintenance on their home.
