Brandan Weeks

Brandan Weeks is a young leader in the community services industry with over 7 years of experience supporting people with disabilities both on the front line and through the management of operations. Brandan has successfully managed revenue of more than $10m and a workforce of more than 100 support staff in Dubbo, Orange, and remotely in Broken Hill, NSW.

Brandan has extensive knowledge of the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding framework and NDIS Practice Standards. This has allowed his team to remain compliant and maintain an understanding of what a safe, person-centred approach to service delivery is.

Brandan has a passion for supporting those with a disability to ensure they are provided with quality, sustainable and flexible services that will both empower and allow them to live the life they choose. This alongside his experience and understanding of property management will enable him to be a successful young executive in the community services sector.
