As Chief Executive Officer at Westhaven Andrew has recently grown revenue from $23M to $50M per year in 18 months and increased total assets under management to in excess of $20M. This has been achieved by a focus on clients, service delivery, safety and culture.
Prior to joining Westhaven Andrew was Director of Services at NSW Department of Industry. Previously Andrew worked for Hewlett Packard where he had full P&L responsibility for major telecommunication accounts including leading sales, business consulting and development teams based in Australia and South-East Asia. Andrew has extensive expertise in business growth, start-ups, and innovative commercial constructs and business analysis. Andrew has also been the Deputy Chair at Western Research Institute, as well as former board positions with First Choice Credit Union in Orange NSW and Regional Development Australia.
With more than 20 year’s leadership experience in multiple geographies, including Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe and Africa; Andrew is an accomplished leader with extensive expertise in transformation and change management leadership.
