We provide repairs & maintenance through our facilities management service or as a separate service offering. Our maintenance process is transparent and hassle-free, utilising innovative software our clients are able to track the progress of maintenance through our website and email alert system.
All maintenance requests are reviewed by our professional team prior to being allocated to specialists tradespeople to conduct the work on your home. Our internal Maintenance Officers offer an incredible customer experience through a reliable, flexible and quality service.
Our team provides effective repairs & maintenance to a portfolio of 100+ homes in Regional, NSW and completed 3700+ jobs in the last 12 months whilst maintaining a response rate of 98% against our baseline priority levels;
- P1 – Emergency Repairs (4 hours)
- P2 – Urgent Repairs (2 days)
- P3 – Priority Repairs (7 days)
- P4 – Non-Urgent Repairs (28 days)
Zapti holds a contractor licence for Carpentry and is able to provide a range of additional services to our clients including but not limited to;
- Internal Carpentry
– Door adjustments, skirting boards, architrave, vanity installations, window frames, timber framing, built-in wardrobes, custom desks and shelving. - External Carpentry
– Weatherboard & external cladding, timber repairs, asbestos removal. - Minor Home Modifications
– Installation of ramps, steps, lifts, stair climbers, and other access modifications to improve the safety and accessibility of your home.
– Installation of handrails, grab rails, widening of doorways, lever taps, hand held shower hoses, and other minor modifications to improve the ease and convenience of living in your home.
In addition all staff at Zapti hold a NDIS Workers Check, Working with Children Check, National Police Check and the required Insurances, Public Liability and Contractor Licensing.
